The race office and expo
During the event 3th-4th May, the race office is located in Helsinki, Töölö Sports Hall (Töölön Kisahalli, address Paavo Nurmen kuja 1). The runner should pick up his/her race pack (incl. running number and timing chip) and the T-shirt from the race office before the race.
The race numbers must be picked up by Saturday 1 PM! T-shirt is picked up after the race pack envelope from a separate table. T-shirt cannot be picked up afterwards.
The race office is open:
Friday 3th May, 2013 at 9 - 7 PM
and Saturday 4th May, 2013 at 9 AM - 1 PM
Outside the event, you can contact the office by e-mail or by phone.
Address information
Remember to update your address information if you have moved or changed your e-mail address. You can make the address change by e-mail or by phone. Please let us know the event you have registered for (HCR, HCM, Minimarathon) and also both the old and the new address and/or e-mail address.
You will get your start permit (=registration card) by post, which you will need when picking up your race pack. In some case, an email confirmation letter has been send which then replaces the registration card. Please print the email.
Postponing the participation right for the next year's event
In cases of injury or illness, the participation right can be postponed for the next year's event if the runner has paid the insurance fee with the registration and will deliver a medical certificate to the organisers. The certificate has to be sent to the organisation at the latest by the race day (postal stamp on the race day at the latest). It can be sent by post, fax or as e-mail attachement. Check the contact information.
The postponing can be made only for oneself and by one year ahead. Organisation personnel will postpone the participation right for the next year's event automatically and the runner's name will appear on the participants list when the lists of the next year's event are published. The runner do not need do the registration again next year. However, the runner should remember to inform the organisation about possible address changes!
If you cannot find your name on the participants list even though you have sent us your medical certificate and had paid the insurance fee with the registration of the previous year, please contact the office.
Insurance fee can not be paid afterwards if injury occurs. All of the fees are non-refundable.
Cancelling the participation before the race
All of the fees are non-refundable in every case.The runner does not need to inform the organisation about possible cancellations before the race.
Problems finding your name on the participants list?
In case you cannot find your name on the participants list, even though you have paid the entry fee, please contact the office. Your registration information might not be complete, due to which your registration has not been accepted. After the Internet-registration, the runner must return to the site of the service provider to complete the payment. If the connection has been cancelled after the payment, the name of the runner will not automatically be transferred to the participants list. Contact the office to finish the registration.
